INGREDIENTS :
Chickpeas 1/2 cup (boiled and drained)
Green bell peppers 1/4 cup (cut in small cubes)
Red bell peppers 1/4 cup (cut in small cubes)
Yellow bell peppers 1/4 cup (cut in small cubes)
Green olives 2 tbsp (chopped)
Cucumber 1/4 cup (cut in small cubes)
Onion 1/4 cup (cut in small cubes)
Cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup (halved)
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Take a large mixing bowl and bring all the above-mentioned ingredients and give it a good mix.
