INGREDIENTS
Banana (Ripe) 3 large
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Wheat flour 1.5 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Walnut 1/2 cup
PREPARATION
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients that is flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt mix it and keep it aside
Take ripped bananas and sugar in a big separate bowl and mash it well. Then add oil and vanilla extract, mix it well to incorporate the oil in the mixer. Blend and combine all the dry ingredients with the banana puree. Add walnut and fold gently. Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould of any shape( round or square) Pat the tray twice to remove the air incorporated into the batter. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 40 minutes. (Do check after 35 minutes) To check whether the cake is baked completely insert a tooth pick or a knife,if it comes out clean its done😊 Cool it completely then de-mould the cake and slice it.
