Supercharged Smoothie

This supercharged smoothie is the best way to start the day with the power of seasonal fruits.

Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Serves: 4 (150 mls)

INGREDIENTS :

Mango (diced and frozen) 2 cup

Papaya (peeled, pitted and diced) 1/2 cup (optional)

Kiwi (peeled and diced) 3

Kiwi (sliced for garnish) 1

Spinach (chopped) 1/2 cup

Yogurt 1 cup

# Honey 1/4 cup (optional)

Ice cubes 1 cup (optional) / water


PREPARATION : 

Yellow Layer:

In a blender jar blend 2 cup mango, 1/2 cup papaya, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup ice or water (as preferred).


In glasses of your choice pour the smoothie and tap the bottom of glasses on your hand or on a counter to smooth out the top surface of the smoothie.


Green Layer:

In a blender jar blend 3 kiwis, 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup of honey, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 cup ice (optional) 


Pour on top of the mango layer in the glass. Grab a straw and enjoy😋


Note :

Papaya is an optional ingredient based on your choice

The use of honey could be increased or reduced based on your likings.
