A quick under 30 minutes Indian sweet recipe that you can make for special occasions.

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee 1/4 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk Powder 2 cups
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Rosewater 1 tsp
Pistachios and Almonds 2 tbsp (cut into thin slices mixed)
Others: Baking paper
PREPARATION:
Heat a non-stick pan, add ghee and milk.
Keeping the flame on low add in the milk powder, sugar, and mix it well making sure everything is combined well.
Stir continuously keeping the flame on low to avoid forming any lumps, also stir till the sugar dissolves and the milk thickens.
Furthermore, the milk forms dough after stirring for 10 minutes, now the dough separates from the pan, do not overcook, as the burfi turns chewy.
Add in cardamom powder and rose water, combine well.
Transfer the prepared dough into a greased plate lined with baking paper, set well forming a block.
Add with few chopped almonds and pistachios on top and press slightly.
Allow to sit for 2 hours, or till it sets completely. Now unmould and cut into pieces, serve milk powder burfi, or store in an airtight container.
