Keto Cheese Mini Bread

A healthy mini bread recipe which is Grain-free and Gluten-Free and the best part is its under 30 minutes recipe

Prep time: 5 mins Cook time: 20 mins Total time: 25 mins

 

INGREDIENTS :

Milk 2/3 cup

Egg 1 large

Olive oil 1/3 cup

Tapioca flour/starch 1 1/2 cup

Cheddar/Mozzarella cheese (grated)   1/2 cup (if you want you and mix both and use)

Salt to taste

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Mixed herbs 1 tsp


PREPARATION :

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease two 12-cup mini-muffin pans.


Add all of the ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the blender, to ensure that all of the ingredients are evenly incorporated.


Pour the batter into the prepared mini-muffin pans, filling up each cup until about 3/4 full.


Bake for 18 - 20 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown. 


Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm.
