Prep time: 5 minutes  Cooking time: 15 minutes  INGREDIENTS

Paneer 500 gms Milk powder 1/4 cup Condensed milk 400 ml Cardamom powder 1tsp Pistachios sliced for garnish

Take grated paneer, condensed milk,  milk powder in a thick bottom pan, mix it properly with the help of the spatula try to mash the paneer. Now place the pan on the gas, keep on stirring the mixer on low to medium flame for around 10-15 minutes.  Make sure u continuously stir as there is a high chance of the mixer getting burnt. The mixer should start thinking up after 10-12 minutes, then u have to be very careful that it doesn't dry up. Once it's done remove the mixer on a greased square tin and level it properly. Garnish it with some sliced pistachios.  Let it cool for around 2 hours in the fridge then cut it pieces of ur choice and enjoy😊
