This easy, cheesy, garlicky, delicious low-carb, high protein recipe is made with two types of cheeses, egg, garlic, and herbs under 30 minutes. In my recipe, I have also mentioned the alternative if you don't want to use eggs (although the carb proportion increases).

INGREDIENTS :
Mozzarella (shredded) 1 cup
Parmesan cheese (shredded) 1 cup
Egg 1 (**The alternative is mentioned at the end of the recipe)
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Optional:
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Jalapenos (sliced) 1
Chilly flakes 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat your oven to 180° C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (mozzarella, parmesan, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, and egg ) until well incorporated.
Place the mixture onto your parchment paper, and flatten it in the shape of pizza crust or any other of your liking.
Top it with the sliced jalapenos and sprinkle the chilly flakes.
Bake for about 15 minutes till the cheese base and crust turn brownish.
Slice with a pizza cutter, and enjoy!
You and have it as it is or with any spicy sauce😊 or any dip of your choice
Note :
**Alternative of egg: You can substitute it with 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes but the carb contains will increase drastically.
