Healthy munchies for your kids/ evening snacks or just like that which you can prepare with this 30 minutes recipe.

INGREDIENTS :
Broccoli (grated) 2 cups
Cheddar cheese (shredded freshly) 2 cups
Egg 1 large ( Alternative for eggs mentioned at the end of the recipe)
Almond flour/bread crumbs 4 tbsp
Salt & pepper powder to taste
Garlic powder 2 tsp
PREPARATION :
Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the grated broccoli, shredded cheese, egg, almond flour/bread crumbs, garlic powder, and seasoning to taste.
Make about 16 small balls with the mixture and place them evenly on your baking sheet. Smoosh them with your hands to flatten them out a bit.
In the center rack, bake for about 20 minutes (or until they start to brown).
Remove and allow it to cool for a few minutes, then enjoy them with any sauce or dip of your choice.
Note:
1 Egg alternative either you can use
A mixture of 1 tbsp cornflour and 3 tbsp water or
1/4 cup mashed potatoes
