INGREDIENTS
Rice (cooked with a little salt) 4 cups
Onions (thinly sliced) 1/4 cup
Cabbage (thinly sliced) 1/2 cup
Carrots (thinly sliced) 1/4 cup
Bell peppers (Red, Yellow & Green) (thinly sliced) 1/4 cup each
Spring Onions (chopped) 1/4 cup
Salt as per taste
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Green chilly sauce 1 tbsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Aji-no-moto 1 tsp (optional)
Oil 2 tbsp
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a broad pan, add the sliced onions and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the cabbage and carrots, cook it for 3-4 minutes ( carrots might take a little more time to cook).
Once cooked add the bell peppers and spring onion gives it a good mix.
Add salt, aji-no-moto, vinegar, and both the sauces, mix it well. Now add the cooked rice give it a quick stir. Garnish it with some fresh spring onions. Enjoy it with Panner Chilly or Veg Manchurian or any Curry of Choice.
