INGREDIENTS:
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Tomato (chopped) 1 1/2 cup
Garlic 4 cloves
Dry chilies 6
Tamarind 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 4-5
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil add the garlic and dry chilies, fry it for few minutes.
Then add tamarind, onions, and tomatoes fry it on medium flame. Keep it aside and allow it cool down.
Add in the mixer and grind to a paste (do not add any water).
Again heat up the pan with 1 tbsp oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves then the paste. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
Allow it cook for few mins on the pan. Then chutney is ready to serve😊.
