It doesn't matter whether you love or don't love pumpkins but you will definitely love this recipe. It will be your new favorite holiday or anytime dessert which you can enjoy with or without ice-cream.

INGREDIENTS :
CRISP MIXTURE
Oats 180 gms
All-purpose flour 250 gms
Brown sugar 200 gms
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Clove powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Butter (cubed while cold) 230 gms
PUMPKIN MIXTURE
Eggs 3
Granulated sugar 200 gms
Pumpkin (boiled & mashed) 450 gms
Heavy cream 80 gms
Clove powder 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
PREPARATION :
Preheat oven to 190°C.
CRISP MIXTURE
Grease a 12inch or 13-inch tray with butter.
Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and the ground spices together. Add in the cubed butter and use your hands to combine. You need to incorporate everything well make a crumble texture.
Spread 4 cups over the bottom of your prepared tray and press flat.
Set the remaining crisp mixture aside.
PUMPKIN MIXTURE
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
When smooth and fully combined, add pumpkin, cream, vanilla, allspice, and salt. Whisk until smooth and blended.
Pour the pumpkin mixture on top of the layer of crisp in the tray.
Pour remaining crisp mixture over top of the pumpkin.
Bake uncovered at 190°C for 35-45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
