INGREDIENTS :
Spaghetti 250 gms
Garlic (chopped) 5-6 big cloves
Red chilies (chopped) 2
Olive oil 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves or Parsley(chopped) 2 tbsp
PREPARATION:
In a pan boil around 750 ml of water,salt and a tsp of oil, once the water starts boiling add the spaghetti's and cook it for 7-8 minutes.
Stain the cooked spaghetti and save the water.
Heat a frying pan add 1 tbsp of oil then add the garlic and chilies, fry them for a minute add salt and pepper.
Then add around 2 tbsp of the saved water let it boil for 2-3 minutes then add the spaghetti and incorporate it well.
Add the coriander leaves or parsley and give it a final stir.
