
Prep time : 5 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes Total Time: 15 Minutes INGREDIENTS: Potatoes/ Sweet Potatoes* 250 gms (boiled,peeled and cut into cubes) Oil 2 tbsp Mustard seed 1 tsp Curry leaves 7-8 Asafoetida (Hing) 1/2 tsp Green chillies (slit) 2 Salt to taste Processed Cheese 50 gms (grated) (Comes out best with Amul Cheese) Coriander for garnish
PREPARATION :
Heat a non stick pan with oil, add the mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and the green chilies fry it for 1 minute.
Now add the potatoes and salt,fry on a low to medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Add the cheese and cover the pan for around 2-3 minutes till the cheese melts.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and give it a light mix. You can enjoy the cheesy potato with hot chapatis😊
