INGREDIENTS:
Chicken kheema 250 gms
Onion 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Mozzarella cheese ( cut around thin strips of around 8 cm) 14 nos.
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Eggs (beaten) 2
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Oil for deep frying
PREPARATION :
In a big mix take the chicken kheema, onions, chilly powder, oregano, white pepper powder, garlic, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix everything well to form a dough.
Now take the cheese sticks and the dough, take a little amount of dough spread in ur palm place 1 cheese stick into the dough and coat it and roll it like fingers, make all 14 sticks following the same step.
Now in a plate take the all-purpose flour to add a little salt and pepper keep aside.
In another plate take the bread crumbs season it with some salt and pepper too, keep it aside.
In a bowl take the beaten egg season that too with some salt and pepper.
Now take the chicken sticks to roll them in the flour then dip it into the egg mixture and lastly roll in the breadcrumbs, shape them and place it on a clean plate.
Repeat the same process with the remaining sticks as well.
Heat oil for deep frying, once the oil is hot put 3 -4 sticks at a time in the oil and fry them till golden brown.
Enjoy with any ketchup or mayonnaise 😊
